Zarur masallik’lar: 350 gr. gulkaram (kichkina bir bosh), 100 ml. smetana, 75 gr. k’attik’ pishlok’, 1 dona tuxum, 2 osh k’oshik’ sariyog’, yarim osh k’oshik’ un, tuz, murch, maydalangan yong’ok’ mag’zi.
Tayyorlanishi: 1. Gulkaramning gullarini ajratib, k’aynab turgan tuzli suvda 5 dak’ik’a k’aynating-da, sovuk’ suvga soling. Keyin yaxshilab suvini silk’itib oling. 10-15 dak’ik’a, k’olgan suvi ajralguncha, kuting.
2. Smetana, tuxum va unni aralashtiring. Pishlok’ni k’irg’ichdan o’tkazib, ozginasini olib k’oling-da, k’olganini smetanali aralashmaga soling. Tuz, murch va yong’ok’ mag’zini k’o’shing.
3. Chuk’urrok’ idishni sariyog’lab, gulkaram bo’laklarini soling. Ustidan smetanali aralashmani k’uyib, k’olgan pishlok’ k’irindisini seping. Toblamamiz 180 darajada k’izdirilgan gaz pechida 40 dak’ik’ada pishadi.
