Tayyorlanishi: Tuxumdi butunligicha shakar bilan Mikserlab olamiz va un razrixlitel solib engil aralashtirib k’olibga bumaga solib pishiramiz. Krem tayyorlab olamiz Xona haroratida yumshok’ slivichni masla bilan sgushonni moloko vanilin solib Mikserlab olamiz. Biskivit sovugach stakan yordamida kesib o’rtasidan bolib sok bilan propitka k’ilib krem surtab yonlarini ham kremlab xolodilnikka k’o’yamiz k’otuguncha ganaj tayyorlab olamiz k’aymok’ni eritib olovdan olib shokoladni solib aralashtirib olamiz shokolad eriydi va krem holatiga keladi sovugan pirojniyimizni ustiga ganaj k’uyib yonlariga kokos sepiladi. YOnidan chik’k’an biskivit ushok’larini sharikcha k’ilib kokosga botirib olinadi ustiga k’o’yib k’o’ydim.

Tayyorlanishi Tuxumdi ok’ini sarigini ajratib ok’ini Mikserlab olamiz va shakardi yarmini solib Mikserlab olamiz. Kokosli pechene:
Zarur masallik’lar:
100 gr. un,
100 gr. shakar,
200 gr. kokos k’irindisi,
2 ta tuxum,
1 choy k’oshik’ xamir yumshatgich.
Tayyorlanishi: Shakarni tuxum bilan ozgina ko’pirtirib olib, kokos k’irindisini soling. So’ng un va xamir yumshatgichni k’o’shib yana aralashtiring. Tayyor xamirni muzlatkichga yarim soatga k’o’yib oling. K’o’llarni xo’llab, pechenelar yasangda 180 darajada k’izib turgan gaz pechiga 15 dak’ik’aga k’o’yib oling. 2. Olmali pechene Zarur masallik’lar: 120 gr. shakar, bir chimdim vanilin, 4 ta tuxum, 200 gr. margarin, 500 gr. un, 1 choy k’oshik’ xamiryumshatgich, 3 ta olma. Tayyorlanishi: Tuxumni shakar va vanilin bilan aralashtirib, ustidan eritilgan margarinni soling. Alohida idishda elangan un va xamiryumshatgichni aralashtirib, asosiy masalik’k’a k’o’shing-da, yaxshilab aralashtiring. Olmani po’stidan tozalab, mayda to’rtburchak k’ilib to’g’rab xamirga k’o’shing. Pishirik’ k’og’ozi to’shalgan gaz pechi patnisiga olmani bir osh k’oshik’dan solib chik’ib, 200 darajada k’izdirilgan gaz pechida 10-15 dak’ik’aga k’o’ying. 3. Shokoladli shirinlik Zarur masallik’lar: 400 gr. shokolad (150 grammi alohida solinadi), 4 osh k’oshik’ sariyog’, 2/3 piyola un, 1/2 choy k’oshik’ xamir yumshatgich, 2 ta tuxum, 3/4 piyola shakar, bir chimdim vanilin. Tayyorlanishi: Dastlab gaz pechini k’izdirib k’o’ying-da, patnisga pergament k’og’ozidan to’shang. Mikserda shakar tuxum va vanilinni 4 dak’ik’a davomida aralashtirib oling. 250 gr. shokoladni sariyog’ bilan suv bug’ida yoki mikroto’lk’inli pechda eritib oling. Erigan shokoladni tuxumli k’orishmaga k’o’shib aralashtiring. So’ng xamir yumshatgich bilan aralashtirilgan unni k’o’shing. K’olgan 150 gr. shokoladni ham solib aralashtiring. Orasini 5-7 sm. k’oldirib masallik’ni k’oshik’da solib chik’ing. 12-15 dak’ik’ada tayyor bo’ladi.
